Internet connection

Hey, I got a problem.
My internet connection is terribly slow(downloading a game at 7 kbps now).
Is there some kind program that shows all applications that are using my internet connection, and how much?
Can't find anything on Google.

Sometimes, it's just the server that you are downloading from that is slow.
Try using a download accelerator that can make multiple connections, like GetRight, click here.

Otherwise, try uninstalling any internet or download related programs you have installed on your pc.
Try running antivirus, adware and spyware programs, to make sure your pc isn't infected somehow ...
Look in the process list in the task manager (by doing CTRL+ALT+DEL) and see what is running ...

Are there any other computers using your internet connection? Maybe they are downloading stuff ...

The list of possibilities is endless, otherwise, just get a faster internet connection ...

I turned off all the other pc's..
And every website was slow, not just one particular.
Ctrl + alt + Del doesn't work at my pc It says I need admin rights, which i do have...
Well, everything is normal now; 170kbps, still not much..

something like that happened to my computer, reason was viruses, and some how some program or off the internet was using my pc connection to host off so was slowing my interent connection down
