Is driving, and getting your own car really as great, as I think it will be.
is it nice, to just drive away from things, or get all your friends in and drive to the movies and the mall and burger joints and stuff like that.
Or is it really, just another thing that seems good for a few weeks, then is shit again.

When you first own you own car, it's brilliant. You have total liberty to go anywhere, anytime. :D

For the first year or so, I loved having a car, but after you've had it for a while it starts to wear off, lol.
Or even worse, like me, having a huge accident not long after getting my first car, it sure teaches you a lesson.
So when you do get your first car, be sensible, because you're not as good as you think you are, you still have alot to learn ...

Oh yea. I am going to leave all my wants of "going fast" for the race track when I get a stock-car.
I mean, the roads I drive on now, I do the speed limit because I can't risk getting pulled over by the cops, because I am underage. However, when I get my license, I will be doin like 20-30km/h more up that road. Its an old road, in fairly good shape, where you hardly see the cops. :)

And how realistic is that idea? :)

Umm, Very? lol...
Why do you think otherwise.. don't take much to build a car and race it here, they are all slow as fuck. lol
about $2000 would do you fine.

Edit:... Is driving easier once you do it for a month or two, because I drove for like my 3rd - 4th time last night, and I found it a little hard.. always trying to stay in the middle of the road and everything else.

Yea, I've seen the Inidan road system on TV, what a mess, complete chaos ...

And it's true that when you live in a city, everything is close, so you don't necessarily need a car.
But having said that, having your own car is great, hehe ...

That reminds me, I'd better renew the insurance for my car one day ...
