i have download macromedia firework now how can i do skins?

I use fireworks, open XRT_DEFAULT skin in fireworks, make it lager eg 4,000 odd then you can make it high resolution.

You will learn new tools and things you can do as you go along, not much i can help you with, as it is a big subject and i dont have the time for a really big tutorial, my advise is to just go into help, and find new ways there
