REV 02 (Demo/NOOBS)

First off, thank you silly project for good servers.
second : race reverse 02 DEMO has some great racers wanting to race often but lately crashers have come to realize this and return often to disrupt potentially great races, same racers return most days, same crashers disrupt most days.
I use this server most days.
SPTR members are there sometimes but are unable to help and maybe do not report this happening.
Please make admin options available for dedicated members or something.
