Alot of people have trouble understanding time zones and time difference between countries. :?

Our team meetings are usually at 21:00 (9pm) french time, which is CET, or GMT +1.

Here is how 21:00 french time converts to your local time :

GMT+0 : GMT : Greenwich Mean Time : United Kingdom/Ireland/Portugal etc. : 20:00 (8pm)
GMT+1 : CET : Central European Time : France/Holland/Germany/Italy/Spain etc. : 21:00 (9pm)
GMT+2 : EET : Eastern European Time : Greece/Cyprus/Estonia etc. : 22:00 (10pm)
GMT+8 : JST : Japan Standard Time : Japan : 05:00 (5am)

GMT-5 : EST : Easter Standard Time : East America : 16:00 (4pm)
GMT-6 : CST : Central Standard Time : Right Central America : 15:00 (3pm)
GMT-7 : MST : Mountain Standard Time : Left Central America : 14:00 (2pm)
GMT-8 : PST : Pacific Standard Time : West America : 13:00 (1pm)

This should help you understand the times a bit better ... ;)
