Does joiners have to be fast?
im slow as a turtle mostly because i crash but te fastest time was about 1:28:00
so if sombody has a very nice time and isnt friendly at all , can join..
Would sombody who is friendly like ME i hope .... with slower times join?
It`s just a question but... maybe somtime i want to join SPTR if my clan fails...

I think you have to be 'reasonably' fast, but I dont thik it would matter if you are quite slow, and very friendly and can keep the car good control, not causing accidents. If terribly slow then no. Also with attitude, people with a bad attitude, fast time or not, would be rejected to join
