Someone needs a permanent ban

This guy needs a permanent ban.

He's called himself 'DaveyboiixG25', and he really needs a permanent ban. He keeps fooling around, crashing into people (not too hard, he only got kicked once for crashing), flooding but only 4 times in a row.

WARNING: if you can IP-ban him, it won't work. He has this 'dynamic IP', an IP adress which he can change whenever he likes. I hope he got banned. He screws up all races.
