What screen resolution do you use?

i have a 22" asus pg221 and iuse 1680x1050 75hz (optimum performance)

What i use is... a flat screen lcd 17" not sure what brand i think gateway or dell...bit i use [1280x1024 (5:4)] looks the best...but my mmonitor always is blurry when in full screen cant figure it out gotta call info on the screen hehe

in my note book i have 1280 * 800 and i can see the Blueray in my Notebook.
