Going to Poland 10/12/2007

Hey guys,

Just thought I would post here to say I am going to Poland 10/12/2007 with my college on a travel and tourism educational trip into krakow. I will be staying for 5 days (4 nights) at a hotel and going to places of interest such as the salt mines and especially Auschwitz which is were the Jews were slaughtered and tourtured. So yer, Auschwitz is going to be a quite disturbing visit ><, you can find quite a few disturbin pics and videos on youtube and google.

So this will mean I will not be online for a week :!: :!: Which may be good news for some/most people :lol:

When I get back I will post some pics I have took, and tell you all about it ^^

I will still be online and stuff this weekend, but then I go :( bet you will all miss me lol...or not :evil: hehe

Sounds cool Stevo, if i wouldn't be kicked of the bilangual department at my school, I'd be going to Poland too!

I am back now at last ^^, was really good, stayed up abit too late everynight so I am incredably tired lol.

Here are a few pics i took...

This pic I got off internet as the pics I took were too dark and did not show up :(. It is a pic of a chamber where all the walls have been carved, including the patterend floor which has been carved and are made of salt rock and this is 135 metres underground, and dates along way back. The sculptures carved from the salt rock are stunning.
