Denominator: My application.

So you think you're good enough to join team SPTR? Come and ask for a tryout!

Denominator: My application.

Postby Denominator » Sun 10 Feb 2008 19:08

After reading the rules, I had second thoughts about joining... but I'm applying anyway.

My name is Bevan but I go by the name Denominator on driving games. I use the Logitech G25 steering wheel, like others do, I supposed, but can't get 'round Blackwood in less than 1.20 in the FBM... yet. I am a dedicated player, and go on LFS and my computer a lot. I don't have an estimated time per week... but way over 16 hours a week... and I mean WAY over. Anyway; I may not be able to make ALL the meetings, due to ICT stuff after school, and such, but this depends on the days of the meetings. If it's every day/night, I can come to meetings every Friday, within reason, and maybe Mondays, too. :P I have been practicing drifting with the G25, and I can do it, depending on which car I am using. I am learning to do it in higher speed cars. I am learning everyday, so learning more will be no problem. ;) I am patient, very polite and I have an over good attitude... and that's me being modest. :P I have introduced myself and, of course, I have registered on the Forum.

To sum this all up, I'm bothered whether you accept me or not, but I would prefer it if you did accept me. :) My "Welcome" post-type-thing can be found here.

Thanks!
Denominator.

Hey again Bev,

Nice to see you have read the rules before joining (most people don't bother and just ask to join anyway).

I am interesting in you joining a you seem a dedicated player, trust worthy, have a good attitude and you are wiling to learn ;)

I am actually the main person to go to for recruitment within the team, so we will have to arrange a 'try-out' when we are both available and see how you are ;)

PM me with the times which you would be available for a try-out and we will go from there :SM029:

Okay, when I said I couldn't get under 1.20 on the FBM, I was telling the truth. But, however, I did manage to get 1.22 which isn't bad... for me. Anyways, I hope this helps. :P

I think Dan accepted me... not sure... I have some ideas for new names, though:

1) Demonstar
2) Demonlight
3) Dominator

I prefer [SPTR] Demonstar... it rhymes, too. :P Added bonus.

Anyway, let me know on what you lot think...

Thanks again.
Bev.
